Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

 

 These Terms and Conditions allow you to stay at this facility (hereinafter referred to as "this inn")
 It applies to all contracts between guests and our inn.

 

Article 2 (Establishment of Accommodation Contracts)

 1. The contract will be concluded when the hotel accepts the request for accommodation.

 2. We ask you to pay the accommodation fee in advance at the time of application.
 3. Please read the usage information in advance

 

Article 3 (Check-in/Check-out)

 1. Check-in time: 15:00 to 19:00

 2. Checkout time: Until 10 o'clock

 3. If you haven't heard from me after the time you applied at the time of the reservation
 We may cancel the order at the discretion of our inn.
 4. Please check in and check out according to the method specified by our inn

 5. If the scheduled check-in time is significantly exceeded without notice, our hotel will be able to cancel the accommodation contract

 

Article 4 (Payment of Charges)

 1. Please pay the accommodation fee at the time of application.
 2. Additional charges will be settled at checkout.
   It depends on the cash (Japanese yen) or the way our inn recognizes it.
 3. If the payment of the accommodation fee is not confirmed, our hotel may cancel the accommodation contract

 

Article 5 (Burden of Costs Accompanying Cancellation and Cancellation)

 1. If you cancel your accommodation contract, you will be charged the following cancellation fee.

 - Up to 14 days before your stay: free of charge

 - 13 to 7 days before the date of stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

 - 6 days before the date of stay - the day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
 - Same Day Cancellation or Non-Stay: 100% of Accommodation Fee


 2. If this inn cancels the contract and there are grounds attributable to this inn,
  We will refund you the fee you have already received.

 

 3. In the case of cancellation due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstances,
  "As a general rule, neither guests nor our inn will bear the cost."

 

 

 4. Cancellation due to suspension of public transportation (train, train, airplane, etc.) is not possible
 You will be eligible for a cancellation fee exemption or reduction.
 In that case, please prepare a certificate of suspension of transportation.

 

 5. Others

 The details of the cancellation are listed in the cancellation policy.

 Please make sure to read it before making a reservation.


Article 6 (Matters to be observed by the customer)

 

Guests should observe the following.

 1. Do not act as a nuisance to other customers or neighbors

 2. NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

 3. If the equipment is damaged or contaminated, please pay the actual cost of cleaning or returning to the current state

 4. Please follow the rules set by our inn

 5. Please be careful not to seriously damage the current situation where you have used it

 6. Please refrain from moving installed furnishings without permission

 7.Please listen to the staff's information

 

Article 7 (Responsibility of this inn)

 1. Our inn does business sincerely based on the accommodation contract.

  However, except for cases attributable to this inn,
  We are not responsible for any damage caused by natural disasters, force majeure, or any reason attributable to the customer.

 2. Even if the damage is caused by the reasons attributable to this inn,
  The amount of compensation is limited to the total amount of the accommodation fee.

  "However, unless the inn is intentionally or grossly negligent."

Article 8 (Confirmation and Request)
 Check the condition of the facility after check-out, and if any contamination or damage is found
 We may charge the actual cost after contacting the guest.
 If you are unable to contact us for a certain period of time, we may have to proceed with the billing process.

 

Article 9 (Compensation for Damages)
 1. By intention or negligence of the guest,
  In the event of damage, contamination, or loss to guest rooms, buildings, equipment, parking lots, equipment, etc.,
  Based on the restoration of the original condition, the guest will pay the equivalent amount of the actual expenses required for repair, cleaning, replacement, etc
  We will compensate you.

 

 2. All or part of the facilities, etc. became unusable due to said damage,
  Loss of business opportunity (damage of absence from work) that occurred during the period during which the business was unable to operate,
  Guests will compensate.

 

 3. Where restoration is impossible or significantly difficult,
  the cost of reacquisition of the relevant property and any other considerable amount incurred by this facility
  We will compensate for the damage.

  However, deterioration over time due to normal use and natural wear are not covered by this section.

   

Article 10 (Handling of valuables, deposited goods, etc.)
