Making a reservation is a promise between our store and our customers.

Please make your reservation only after your schedule is finalized .

About the garden
Our restaurant is designed so that you can enjoy beautiful scenery along with your meal.
A gardener maintains the garden throughout the year.
To ensure that all our customers can enjoy the scenery, please observe the following requests.

There are lots of black traffic cones lined up, and you can park inside them.
The parking lot is spacious, but please park neatly.
The landmark is a large red sign with the letter P written on it.

Parking in front of the store is available for reservation only for light vehicles that meet the specified conditions.

Please refrain from entering the parking lot in front of the store without permission .
This is extremely dangerous for customers who are arriving on foot.
Unauthorized entry will incur a valet parking fee of 20,000 yen.

Only foods suitable for babies who are weaned are permitted.
Live streaming and photography require permission.
Furthermore, photography that violates public order and morals is prohibited.
We regret that we cannot serve alcoholic beverages to drivers.

• Regarding the discontinuation of service after your arrival: In the following cases, we will immediately discontinue service, settle your bill, and ask you to leave.
1. When the customer is a member of or related to an organized crime group or an organization related to an organized crime group, as defined in the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members.
2. When a customer engages in assault, threats, extortion, unreasonable demands, gambling, possession or use of drugs, firearms, swords, or similar items not permitted by law, acts that disturb other customers, or other acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or is likely to engage in such acts, inside or outside the facility area.
3. When it is clearly determined that the customer is suffering from an infectious disease.
4. When requested to provide services or other burdens that exceed a reasonable scope.
5. When a person engages in any act that impedes fire prevention or fire safety, such as smoking outside of designated smoking areas or littering cigarette butts.
6. When you violate our store's rules of use.
7. When the case falls under the provisions of a law or ordinance.
8. When you take photos or stream content without our permission.
If our store discontinues the service based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we will not be able to refund the fee.
Depending on the circumstances, we may seek compensation for damages.

All customers visiting our store agree to the above terms and conditions. If you cause any damage or soiling to our store, whether intentional or negligent, you will be responsible for the damage.
The company will be obligated to return to the site and will be liable for compensation.
