▶︎Please pay in cash on the day of the event.
▶︎ Reservation Reception Since this is a private plan, we recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible after confirming your reservation.
▶︎Cancellation policy ・Up to 7 days in advance: None ・If canceled after 7 days: 50% of usage fee
・If canceled after 3 days: 90% of usage fee
・In case of cancellation on the same day: 100% of usage fee
・In case of cancellation without notice: 100% of usage fee
▶︎Things to bring: Swimwear when using the tent sauna (T-shirts not allowed)
・Towels, ponchos, etc. ・Cosmetics, etc.

As quantities are limited, we recommend that you bring your own.
▶︎About holding events in the event of rain We will generally remain open even if rain is forecast, but we will be closed in the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, etc.) or if it is determined that customer safety cannot be ensured. We may cancel the event. *If this facility decides to suspend operations in the morning, the above cancellation fee will not be charged.
▶︎Regarding rain during use Even if it rains while you are using the facility, we will basically continue operating.
If rain is predicted, please prepare your own measures.
However, if there is a possibility of lightning strikes, heavy rain, etc., and the facility determines that the safety of our customers cannot be ensured, we will suspend operations. Please note that in this case, usage fees cannot be refunded.
▶︎Management of valuables and personal items Guests are requested to manage their own baggage and other items within this facility.
We are not responsible for any loss or theft.
▶︎Troublesome behavior If you behave in a way that is a nuisance to other guests, you will be asked to leave the facility.
In that case, usage fees etc. cannot be refunded.
